A convenient location in Surfers Paradise, rooms are tidy, and service at the front desk is friendly. However, the bathrooms could do with a deep clean and check up. Most metal surfaces had built up limescale + the water pressure of the shower had the consistency of a garden sprinkler. Some of the drawers/furniture was also quite scratched up from use over many stays.

When we arrived at around 10:00 p.m., despite having a confirmed Booking.com reservation and providing all the confirmation documents, the hotel staff were unable to find our booking. No solution was offered. The receptionist was unable to help us and simply left us to find another hotel on our own late at night. What was even more surprising was that, instead of trying to resolve the issue or offering any kind of assistance, the hotel called Booking.com in front of us to request the cancellation of our reservation. We spent nearly two hours at the reception before having to leave and urgently find another hotel. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category. I would not recommend staying here.

My daughter and I stayed 3 nights to celebrate my daughter's 50th birthday. We were very happy with our room and the breakfast had a good variety of food. The management also gave my daughter chocolates and a bottle of wine as a gift for her birthday. It was too cold for us to try the pool and spa but it looked nice. All the staff were a pleasure to deal with, thank you for everything. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
