Perfect spot for tram and bus travel did not need to hire car price of both 50 cents per tripclose to casino, convention centre and pacific fair for shopping close to oasis for grocery shopping everything needed was within walking distance and many food outlets and restaurants great spot

When we booked this property we asked for walk in shower and lower floor. We given room 1202 on second level and told it was a refurbished apartment. It was old, tired and definitely not refurbished. Flaky paint and chipped drawers and cupboards. The bathroom was small and old definitely not refurbished. No outside table, only a rickety old wooden trolley. Very uncomfortable lounge and dining furniture and my husband could not sit in the lounge chairs. The noise level was horrendous with garbage trucks waking us up every morning between 5-6am. A terrible experience and certainly would never go back. Travelled all over the world and this is the worst. Maybe the staff should tell the truth. Never again

From the moment I arrived the service at the Phoenician Resort was outstanding. The team were warm, professional and made me feel genuinely welcome from check in all the way through to my departure. My stay was comfortable and relaxing with the resort facilities really adding to the experience. The spa, pool and sauna were all beautifully maintained and created the perfect environment to unwind. The on site gym is a great bonus for keeping active during stays, however I never utilised this myself. The suite itself was well appointed and while there was a minor issue with the toilet paper supply (3/4 roll and just one spare) and no complimentary milk, these were just small things and didn’t detract significantly from my overall experience. More just something to be aware of for future guests. One note worth mentioning: My dining experience at La Porchetta with other guests staying at same resort was disappointing and didn’t reflect the high standards of the resort itself. While this technically isn’t a direct reflection on the resort, it could influence the perception of the overall stay. In summary, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Phoenician and would happily return. A great choice for a relaxing getaway with excellent service and top tier amenities.
