Absolutely disgusting place Absolutely filthy room we were put in We booked 3 nights with 4 adults and 4 children ages 10/7/5 and 3 Celebrating my wife’s 70th birthday Bad choice Dirty room unbelievable There is a sliding door between the kitchen and the corridor which had so much dirt and dust on it unbelievable The ceiling in the kitchen area was filthy and the microwave was dirty and could not be accessed without removing the metal surrounding thing that was bogied up by someone Unbelievably bad We booked for 8 and we were supplied with only 6 towels and when we asked for 2 extra towels we were told no And then they said 2 days into our stay we should not have 8 in the room at all We had a welcome card in our room written to Scott None of our family are called Scott The spa at the the lagoon pool was dirty and had used bandaids floating in it Disgusting Would not recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy The room still had rubbish under the cabinet obviously never cleaned properly Not body wash in bathroom 2 This was a 3 bedroom nightmare

We've stayed here before and definitely will again. Amazing location, supermarket in the basement, great service, comfortable beds, recently renovated rooms with high quality fixtures. Absolutely outstanding pools. Outdoor bbq area. Love this place. You can be as quiet and relaxed or as outgoing and adventurous as you feel on the day. Safe and welcoming atmosphere.
