If there is ever a reason to book you stay here direct with the hotel, as opposed to a third party booking agency then, Iryna, who I spoke with today, is a very good reason. I had originally booked, via one of these third party booking sites. It was a slightly complicated booking and I made a bit of a mess of it. As a consequence, I called the hotel and was lucky enough to talk with Iryna. She was so good and obliging, sorting my mess out for me. There is no way I could have spoken with anyone at the third party booking agency to match this service. Yes, good old human to human help. Thank you Iryna

Nice!!!!! Nice breakfast and lunch and dinner

They make it so easy from reserving a room, allowing for your requests, picking up keys and dropping them off when leaving. It's simple and quick. The staff were lovely. It's in the heart of aurfers surrounded by so many great food places. They have their own restaurants and buffet breakfasts. All in all our stay altho just overnight allowed for a later than normal checkout, easy parking. Room was clean and spacious. Great value!
