Room and location good. Unfortunately we endured just about every sound (noise!) known to man. - Kids running around and yelling outside until well into the evening (no parental control), heavy footsteps from stairs outside and then from room above, car revving up outside room at well past midnight! Someone yelling into phone at 6:45 am. Most definitely would not stay again because of that incessant noise!

Our family used as a base while attending kids basketball competitions . Stayed in number 9 2 bedroom apartment very comfortable for mum dad and 2 kids . Very clean good size fridge and the basics to cook light dinners or breakfast. Easy walk to basketball,cricket hockey fields Will definitely stay again .

Jeff the Essondon Bomber Fan was a pleasure to deal with throughout my stay. He not only accommodated myself at short notice, was friendly, kind and relaxed allowing me to feel comfortable during my stay. Also allowing a allocated space for my Landcruiser as I was in the process of moving items to storage, identifying suitable long term accomodation, resting from travel and undertaking daily duties during a period where Townsville was impacted by cyclone and tropical low. Housekeeping staff were also kind and friendly, as were travellers and short stay workers/young families. Just the sound of families having fun in the outdoor pool space in the afternoon was enough to bring relaxation, without needing to dip a toe in the water. I would happily recommend this establishment to friends and also family on the Tiwi Islands. This would be a more than suitable location for my mother to be accommodated during upcoming visits to Townsville.
