Receptionist has an excuse for everything. To get to the apartment, entry is via the lift, from the carpark, all filthy & dirty, vomit over the floor to a substandard complex with marks over the walls and dingy smelly carpet. The rooms are basic with outdated furniture, stains on the mattress, old carpet. Didn't seem clean. We couldn't believe the problems and the receptionist wasn't helpful.

Booking and service was very good, though reception personnel disappeared after 5pm. The room was a good size and layout, however..... 1) There was no curtain in the main lounge area, and as this was a ground floor apartment, people walking past could see right in at night and straight into the bathroom. 2) Light globes from lamps were missing 3) Remote control batteries were missing 4) Lounge TV was not working 5) Having to pay for internet...really! 6) The bed was the hardest and most uncomfortable I have slept in for years and the topper was minimal and no help 7) Sink was dirty from previous guest (toothpaste in sink)

Stayed here for a few nights, had such a lovely room that was clean and spacious. Ladies at reception were super helpful. Location is great, lovely cafes close by and loved taking walks around the lake. Will definitely be back!
