Horrid experience. NOT SAFE KEYS OPEN OTHER ROOMS. MANAGER ABUSIVE. CREDIT CARD FRAUDULENT CHARGES. I opened what I thought was my room - it wasn't - I had gone to room 19 by mistake and key 17 open both rooms! Showed manager who then fumbled some excuse, and then proceeded to cover up their insecurity by asking me to leave the property?!? She then proceeded to charge me a nights accommodation ?!?!? Persuing refund through legal channels. Do not stay here!

I think this place falls short of a 4 star rating. It is dated, the mattress in our room was thin, and the whole bed moved every time one of us turned over. The location is excellent if you need to be close to the Nambour Hospital - which is directly opposite. Despite the busy road, the room was surprisingly quiet as it's set back from the road with a group of shops as a buffer. There is a great fish/chip/hamburger/kebab shop near the main entrance for afternoon/evening food and a few cafes close by for breakfast/coffee. Our room was quite spacious and had a bar fridge, kettle, microwave, and air con. Free parking is available on site and the free WiFi is reliable. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. While not the most luxurious hotel, it was pleasant enough for an overnighter. Book direct for a better rate, you'll be thankful you did.

Visit to Nambour and surrounds, booked online for night stay. So friendly, clean, really helpful with questions for restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay again. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and hand wash. Rooms really clean and very reasonably priced.
