I booked for mine and my wifes birthday. It was a very cold evening and they initially seated us underneath the stairs at the back of the restaurant with a chilling cross breeze. We asked to move but were told no other tables were available despite it looking quite empty on the night. We just wanted to eat and leave but after 20 minutes were told that due to a till error our order had only just been received by the kitchen. We were about to leave as we were too cold, when they magically found us a booth near the front and away from poorly sealed doors. A further 30 minutes passed when my wife and I received our meals, but my daughter did not. They apologised as they thought it had already come out (not sure how?!). My steak was waaay over cooked an inedible for me so I sent it back. Five minutes later my daughters meal finally arrives. My wife finishes her meal a does my daughter. Another 15 minutes passes, no sign of my meal. We left, losin $50 on a terrible steak. Will never go back here. Appallimg.

Very warm welcome with all the necessary information. Superior room 19 is large and well-equipped. Parking is right in front. Restaurants on-site and nearby. The breakfast in the room consists of cereal and a cereal bar, along with a kettle for tea and coffee. Unfortunately, this is the negative point. About twenty minutes from downtown Adelaide. Hotel for gamers with games on-site.

Stayed in July 2024 while visiting husband in hospital, only a short drive away. Staff very friendly. Stayed in spa suite as was otherwise fully booked. Secure parking . Room very spacious. Supplied continental breakfast in room, all in price. Rooms quiet. Meals were good in bistro. Gaming area. Felt safe.
