GRAND CHIFLEY

This was the 4th time I have stayed at this hotel, sadly it has deteriorated over time, the lift was broken and had been for sometime, the room was clean and bed quite comfortable but only 2 pillows. There was only one English Breakfast tea bag, a coffee machine but no pods, two odd glasses and one teaspoon. It was just not as good as we had previously known.

Friday night, the restaurant was closed so was the bar to guests because they had a band playing (horrible music). We were told to go next door to the Alba, the prices were ridiculous, the food was not to my taste

Is the worse hotel in terms of respect. The bathroom is a hazard for anyone - is slippery and that is what happen to my father in law who fell in the bathroom. There wasn’t any report or even ask how is he or apologize the next day. We are looking into lawyer to see what is the next steps
