We stayed in Unit 2, named The Black Sheep, at this Main Street apartment property in McLaren Vale. This one bedroom apartment is located at the very front of the property and the double glazed windows keep the road noise out as well as the cold. It is well furnished, spacious, comfortable and clean. There is also a nice BBQ area off the living room which we could have used if it wasn't so wet and windy. A few downsides for us; the masterbed mattress is quite soft for our liking. Secondly, the accommodation does not provide a coffee machine and for the nightly rate this is expected. Given you have to clean up & put the garbage out before vacating, coffee lovers, as many are, would be quite happy to clean the pods out in exchange for their cuppa in the morning. Overall, we had a nice stay.

The villas are large, spacious and well furnished. Beds were very comfortable. The location is terrific as there are wineries within walking distance and plenty more a short drive away. We walked to the very nice pub for dinner - which took us about 3 minutes! And the breakfast cafe was even closer!

I am full of complimentary thoughts and thanks to Dee for her outstanding customer service and for the location and condition of the studio apartments. When I and my friends first booked the apartments three years ago, little did we think it would not be till Nov ‘22 that we would be able to finally stay. Dee kept agreeing to postpone our booking without any hassle at all, and when we finally arrived, we felt so welcome. The apartments are spacious; all the comforts of home are present; there is a most welcome bottle of wine and we were able to walk to nearby eateries. Dee had given us nearby apartments so we were able to easily move from one to the other. We were at the back so there was no problem with road noise. A great stay. Thanks
