Comfort Inn Citrus Valley

Great place to stay for a couple of nights. Room is compact and simple - it has what you need. Price is perfect and the room is clean. Book directly through their site - it helps them and is much better than these third party booking sites. The service is friendly from when you first walk in and everything works. The location is perfect, a short walk across the road to Woolies or a short drive into the town centre. My only 2 critiques are 1) On the website they say walk-in shower, however, there is a small step (it's low) to step over - not a major deal for most people, but if you have knee or hip problems, this could make it difficult to get in the shower. 2) the walls are very thin - I can clearly hear a conversation being had by the couple in the room next to mine.

Stayed here for 4 nights with a group of 23 and was pleasantly surprised as earlier reviews were mixed. The motel wouldn't suit if you are after modern luxury but if you want clean, comfortable and spacious rooms this one is for you. Manager Sohan and his staff were very obliging and provided a good service to us all.

Booked through a booking site, but unfortunately had to cancel. Email stated free cancellation before 1pm local time which i was 20 mins prior to deadline only to be charged a fee an hour later. When i rang the property i was told it was not before the deadline and when i pointed out the time difference was told to take it up with the booking site. The booking site has been unable to contact the property as yet, calls going unanswered.
