COMFORT INN COLONIAL

Customer service is absolutley disgusting and i am taking them to court due to unfair dismissal, over charging and downright unlawful service. 3 weeks later still trying to charge for a night i didnt stay- their system failrd to notify them i messaged 2 numbers yet im at fault?! Also claiming i ran a illegal business- i tun a massage business yet im a escort? Wow. Tilly is downright horrible, nasty and i hope pan co loose guests from this. The room was unfinished in renovations and no toilet paper in bathroom. Beds were stained and walls need a clean. Gross. Horrible. Never stay here. They overcharge!

A very old man. Old furniture, old furnishings. Bad mattress. Unfortunately, not clean either. Noisy fridge. Better take other motel/hotel.

Great location! Room had everything we expected and needed for our short stay and communication was clear around check in.
