Camden Valley Inn

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was nice and spacious, which immediately provided great comfort. The location is really a big plus: close to Sydney, yet wonderfully quiet. Ideal if you want to get to the bustle of the city and then relax. In addition, the hotel has a nice swimming pool and a large restaurant, which makes the stay extra pleasant. A clear flaw was unfortunately the service in the restaurant. The waiting times for food and drinks were very long and the dishes were not served at the same time. As a result, we did not eat together, which we regretted and detracted from the experience. All in all a nice hotel with a lot of potential, but with areas for improvement in the restaurant service.

Parking was tight but we got a spot. Our room was spacious with lovely farm views and a screened window that opened to let in the countryside breeze whilst keeping out flies. Bed was comfy with minimal outside noise. The renovated bathroom was nice and the shower toiletries had a lovely smell. Room service was quick and convenient.

We stayed here for 1 night for a little staycation with husband and 4 year old. Great room. The bathroom looks renovated in the last few years, very fresh. Spent most of the time in the pool. It was a nice temperature. Only the 1 umbrella for shade and it was a hot day. The pool closed at 8pm as we were in the pool until it was closed. Opened at 7am. The room was spacious with 2 beds. Free WiFi and free parking. We did have dinner and breakfast at the pub. There were a lot of flies at the time. Probably because of the heat and being right next to the valley.
