The room was filthy. Food under the bed plus chocolate, or poo smeared on the carpet. Foam splattered over the mirror and wall. Dirty sheets

We stayed in the Motel part of this establishment, it's a Hotel and Motel next to each other, hence the name, as a Motel guest you can use the swimming pool in the hotel and dine at the hotel restaurant, we had buffet breakfast there twice obviously that's extra, at the time we stayed breakfast was $30pp which was reasonable value for the range of food available through sometimes they were a bit slow replacing things that had run out. There is free parking on-site which was 1 of the reasons we chose stay there, our room was on the smaller side but adequate, there was a King size bed, a table and 2 chairs, bar fridge, kettle, coffee machine and a reasonable size TV, on the down side the shower in the ensuite was quite small and the housekeeping was a bit hit and miss 1 day they didn't replenish tea and sugar another day no toilet paper replaced and another fresh towels were left but old ones were just left inside the front door. The staff were always friendly and helpful and overall we enjoyed our stay but it could have been a bit better.

Dear HotelMOTEL Management, I have sent a formal email regarding a serious theft incident that occurred during my stay. Please confirm receipt and respond as soon as possible. I addressed the message to the general manager, Ms. Samantha Farrington. Thank you, Yumika Yoshimura
