no complaints here - second time and both were great! , good location if you have a vehicle, the parking can be a bit tight but manageable.

The location was great and the room was very comfortable. However the room was somewhat noisy, particularly from the room above.

Close to Cbd, Quiet location, privacy, Clean & friendly staff. Nice view of Mt Wellington. Comfortable lounge/ Dining area. Bed was comfy.
