We had a wonderful time Laurelle was helpful friendly & enthusiastic. Love the fact that she & her family are dedicated to keeping the old house alive for people to stay in. A wonderful stay

I enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing last-minute stay at The Woodbridge. Laurelle is a lovely and gracious host, and her property is gorgeous and thoughtfully decorated. When I arrived the room was set up with atmospheric lighting and soft jazz playing in the background, which I kept on long into the night as I watched the sky darken over the Derwent River. The free apples were much appreciated, providing both breakfast and dessert to the meal I made in the small kitchenette. The Woodbridge is pretty and romantic and would be ideal for couples, but it was perfectly suited to me as a solo traveller as well. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if and when I have the pleasure of returning to Tasmania.

Beautiful accommodation, first class service and attention to detail. We felt welcomed, cosy, and slept very well. It is set along the Derwent River and within walking distance to the village of New Norfolk with a range of art, antique, food shops and services. Also close yo the famed Agrarian Kitchen. We enjoyed a meal there, and pizza from Gigi's.
