woken up at 12am and 3am by very loud guests in the carpark. Where was the night manager when you needed him? Complained to reception on check out but they couldn't do anything, they had other complaints as well. Rooms were average at best. Not recommended to stay here for the price.

Situated across the road from the shore and a short drive from the centre of Hobart, this proved to be a good place to stay. The road was not so busy that there was significant traffic noise. There was plenty of parking with a mix of spaces under cover and in the open. All of the rooms were accessible from open walkways that could be reached by a lift or stairs. My room was large, clean and equipped with everything I needed - fridge, microwave, table and chairs, sofa and good wifi. The bathroom, which had a shower, was well maintained although there was a need to repair a soap dispenser. Overall, it was a good place to stay and somewhere I would be very happy to return to.

Good location, quiet and on the waterfront. Battery Point walkable about 30mins. On a good bus route into town. Reception staff very welcoming and extremely helpful. If we return this will definitely be our first choice. Booking.com made no mention of laundry and a gym on site. If I had known this I would not have looked at other options in Hobart. Great to have a fridge and microwave and utensils in the room. Good choice from me and extremely happy with our stay.
