Comfort Inn Main Lead

Husband stayed here late March on his way to Foster from South Australia. He was very happy with the accommodation but what prompts me to write is the responsive assistance by the staff when husband found he’d left behind a very expensive mouthguard. I rang the Hotel and the staff member immediately checked and assured us it had been found and best of all, NOT THROWN OUT! It’s a transparent guard, fitted by an orthodontist and to replace it would mean as well as the several hundreds to replace it, two costly trips to the mainland (we live on an island) for refitting. Back to the Hotel: staff member Jenni was ultra-swift to package the mouthguard and post it off to our home on KI. We are very grateful to her and the staff member on reception who made this happen. Your personal attention to a customer request is hugely appreciated.

Great motel, Ting was great at reception very helpful. Nice clean very spacious room. Plenty parking, would definitely recommend staying here. Price was fabulous. Walking distance to Red Lion pub which was great. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

A budget motel which was all we needed. Our room number 23 was comfortable, bed very comfortable. A small balcony with a sliding door that opened onto it. A couple of issues were the main door was very hard to close & had to be slammed hard which wouldn’t make your neighbours happy. The shower kept dripping so it had to be turned off extra hard, maybe new washers would fix that problem. It was a great shower apart from that. Around the bottom of the shower really needs a good scrub. AC worked well although we just left the balcony door open at night for a nice cool breeze as it was a very hot weekend. Their restaurant is closed but The Red Lion Hotel is a 5 minute walk with good meals. They also do takeaway. Yes, we would stay there again.
