Amazing unit for the price. Facilities were great. Location within walking distance to shops, dining and hospital. Well stocked with all you need for a comfortable stay

1. We were originally allocated a room in the motel, plus an apartment across the very busy road: i.e we could not be together. All of us moved to 2 motel rooms. 2. The first room was reached by climbing wet and slippery external stairs (dangerous),then when we got into the room we found that the double bed was up steep stairs and the bannister was coming away from the wall! This would fail every health and safety rule. 3. After saying this room was totally unacceptable, we were moved to a downstairs one. A major fault became apparent during the evening - a leak from the toilet cistern causing flooding on the bathroom floor. The receptionist looked at it ,provided towels and a container to catch the water. Eventually we found that the problem could be contained by turning the stopcock off and only turning it on when we needed to flush the toilet. It still has to be repaired. 4. Two light bulbs are missing- from a bedside light and a wall one.

The apartment was big and roomy. Kitchen and beds clean. The beds are very soft. Walls dirty. Balcony was dirty and the so does dirty. The entry to carpark not maintained and dirty to entry of apartments. Needs a paint throughout floors. The building itself is in need of an overhaul trees growing out of cracks around apartments. Upon check in the lady was not friendly and walked off leaving the man to do check. No smile no greeting. Its in a good spot for hospital visits.
