I have been staying at 317 Drummond Street and there is terrible noise levels from the occupants and when complaint to the management (I called 4 times) - no action was taken...the noise levels went...

The only good thing about these apartments is the location. Not only are they dated they are very dirty and badly in need of refurbishment. At $130 per night and additional $15 for parking it is over...

These apartments are very basic, but for a low price you can stay in a very good location, at the top end of Lygon St. I stayed there because I needed a room at short notice and there was not much...
