We stayed at the Frankston Motel. We chose it because it was a reasonable price and was near where we wanted to go. It was clean but that’s it. It was awful - you get what you pay for the whole place was really old including the furniture. We stayed for three nights and only had 3 towels for two people for three nights. The air conditioner didn’t work properly and it was freezing. Only one side of an electric blanket worked. The taps made a screaming noise when turned on. The internet was dodgy at best. I thought I’d left my charger there. I emailed and rang twice. No answer from either. Finally I called and the owner said he’d check and call back. He didn’t call back so I guess it wasn’t there. We own a hospitality business and would never expect our guests to put up with such poor service/ amenities. We were also asked to wash up and take out the rubbish ? Amazing - we would never expect our guests to do that. Needless to say we won’t stay there again.

Great hosts. Most helpful.Allowed early check in so that we could taxi to an appointment which made things much easier for us. Our room was very clean and comfortable.
