Excellent value. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location. Room was great with a separate room for adult and child. Usual amenities with microwave and small refrigerator. Warm efficient heater. Spa was lovely and relaxing. Thank you 😊

Not worth the money. Would not go again. Stained upholstery, huge linen trolleys in walkway (despite requesting easy access for family member with Parkinson’s), no bed or side lights working only bright overhead light, parking space blocked by big 4wd Ute, bags of rubbish in carpark. Very disappointing for the price. Clean sheets and easy check in process.

Firstly it is not walking distance to Waterfront as advertised! After check in and parking in front of our unit our car was blocked in by a huge 4 wheel drive Ute and an electronic sign on a trailer. Had to have food delivered for dinner and bad luck if we urgently needed to get out overnight as we could not move. Receptionist and Manager no help!
