Recently refurbished and an extremely comfortable hotel. Rooms are modern with all the trimmings, comfortable bed and up to the minute technology. Recommend to anyone who wants to stay close to Geelong city centre.

Excellent describes our stay - fantastic room - older but with a wonderful view & attention to detail by the housekeeping staff. Room was spotless. Service by all the staff was warm, friendly & efficient - would like to thank them all for making us so welcome. The food - whether it was breakfast or dinner was excellent with great presentation. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked another return visit.

The online photos don't do this establishment justice. It's actually beautiful. From the entry, to the restaurant and then onto the room itself, everything was lovely. The meals in the on-site restaurant, Franca's, were delicious, reasonably priced and the staff were friendly and helpful. As an added bonus, I chose not to have daily housekeeping and was offered a complimentary drink at the restaurant. You're only a short walk from the Eastern Beach amenities and not far from the Geelong CBD. Parking is plentiful and very safe. My only negative is the smell of the chlorine which really hit me upon entering the foyer. That's just a personal thing because I have a sensitivity to the smell. Otherwise, this is a 5 star review The room was clean, fresh and spacious. The bathroom was also spacious and well designed.
