I've stayed at this hotel several times. Overall I rate it as a fair deal for the price. Better than a 3/5, not quite a 4/5. Pros and cons like every hotel. The key pros are: - price, location, some very good staff, on-site parking, easy entry and exit route And the key areas that could be improved are: - breakfast selection, room and corridor heating, parking gate set up, pillow and bedding selection, on-site restaurant evening availability. (Details below) * Re: breakfast selection: the breakfast price is very fair but basics could so easily be improved. For example: only full-cream or almond milk offered at cereal station, only scrambled eggs offered instead of also having fried eggs also available on half that big platter, only one 750ml bottle of water at the water station to cover the entire breakfast area, breakfast salad is swimming in dressing (which some people won't want) instead of having the dressing available separately next to the salad bowl, fried half-tomatoes so lightly browned as to still be rock-hard (i.e. just done as a visual cue instead of as something to actually be eaten. Etc. None of these changes would cost the hotel any additional money. * Re: room and corridor heating: the corridors on each floor are not heated at all and they are absolutely freezing in winter. Separately, the room heating lacks any form of temperature adjustment that actually works, except on or off, because the temperature settings appear to be pre-set and locked. * Re: parking gate set up: more than half the time the room key-card will not open or close the gate to enter or exit the parking area. * Re: pillow and bedding selection: 3 pillows for a 2 person room, but all pillows seem to be the same level of height, size, hardness, etc. Also, the bedding provided in winter is very minimal, and the rooms have zero spare blanket or bedding available in the room closet. * Re: on-site restaurant evening availability: This is only available for dinner 4/7 nights a week (Mon > Thurs), necessitating going elsewhere, which some people might prefer not to have to do. BUT, all of the above being said, I still find this hotel to be a fair deal for the price charged. Definitely worth a 3.5/5 to me. And I'll continue to stay here, when visiting the area for quick visits. And some of the staff are great. The hotel is well located, and easy to get in and out with a vehicle.

I Have stayed here quite a number of times over the last 5 years and have always found it to be very good value, check in process was smooth, as a platinum member I received a room upgrade and complimentary parking both of which were appreciated, The room was functional and clean, the only thing missing is a safe The restaurant offers a variety of options with daily specials, I found the prices quite reasonable. the buffet breakfast was ok, not amazing but covers all the basics the hotel is located very close to a large number of restaurants should you not wish to eat at the hotel, my only negative comment and I have observed this over numerous stays is that there is never enough staff available to comfortably manage the restaurant (dinner), bar and breakfast

This is the best hotel I have been to, they are very convenient, the front desk staff and housekeeping staff are polite and friendly, the food that they offer are delicious and the hotel rooms have been cleaned really well.
