Comfort Inn Riversleigh

Aside from sleeping better than I have in years (back issue loved the luxe mattress) we had a wonderful overnight stay here and plan to return for a longer trip. Highly recommend this gem.

Great accommodation in a quiet street yet close to restaurants and pubs. We loved the old world charm with modern facilities. The staff were lovely, parking easy, our deluxe room was very spacious and this place is great value. We loved the quirky "family" photos/prints around the walls of the public areas.

If I could give no starts for Room 7 and the property in general, I would. Good: Comfortable bed, good bedding, quiet Good water pressure Not so good: Cracked bathroom sink, cracked toilet lid toilet, toilet barely flushes, very dirty.bathroom extractor fan, non-adjustable overhead shower. TV mounted on the wall at neck-breaking height. Only one bedside lamp, poor overhead lighting, room looks like a sterile box. Poor instructions on how to enter, difficult especially at night. Garbage strewn at the back entry gate. No light at back of property until you’re almost at the back door, completely useless. No bathroom space for toiletries AT ALL No human interaction, if you call you get a recorded message warning of charges if you contact them !! Very dirty hairdryer bag. Instructions on how to enter sent by text and email were in pale grey font, could barely read it, why do this ? We won't be back and recommend you go elsewhere.
