Nice amenities, large room on the 14th floor, fast elevator, large comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Nice view, but double glazing not sufficient to insulate from street noise. Very good, hearty, and varied breakfast 100 dollars are charged at check-in and refunded at check-out if the keys are not lost

It is a conveniently located hotel with friendly staff. The room was neat and clean and the bathroom fine. The breakfast was fine, especially if you like a full english breakfast. Don't expect sandwiches with sandwich fillings like slices of sausage or cheese. But delicious yogurt and fruit. There is a small bar for drinks and a small gym. The location is perfect downtown, on the outskirts of China Town and Melbourne Museum is for example on walking edge.

Good location for me. Room was very good, big bathroom couple of easy chairs, good ac. No complimentary bottled water in room, was told you can drink tap water and there's a water dispenser in lobby, first for me. Cutting costs here and there but still. Ordered room service, wasnt great and expensive. Was given a complimentary beer when i had grumble to the steward, unexpected but appreciated the jestcher.
