The accommodation was adequate, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The room itself was acceptable, however the bathroom floors were noticeably dirty on arrival, which immediately gave a poor impression of the hotel’s cleanliness standards. I also ordered room service, which was extremely expensive for what was offered. To make matters worse, the order was never delivered, despite being charged and waiting a considerable amount of time. Another concern was the professionalism of some staff members. On several occasions staff appeared to be socialising and playing around rather than focusing on guests and their responsibilities. This created the impression that customer service was not a priority. While the hotel provided basic accommodation, the issues with cleanliness, service delivery, and staff professionalism meant the experience did not meet expectations, particularly given the price paid. I would hesitate to stay again unless these areas are improved.

Love love this motel, centrally located to walk/tram everywhere. Beautiful city lights out the windows

We planned on having a few days in Melbourne on our way home to New Zealand from Tasmania. Great location. Just across the bridge to Flinders Train Station, across the square to Eureka Tower Skydeck, 15mins walk to the Crown Casino, 20mins to Sea Life Melbourne Aquarium, $15 Taxi or Free Tram to Queen Victoria Markets and surrounded by Restaurants as well as Distrikt Cafe within the hotel. Spacious recently upgraded rooms, large bed, TV, couch, table and Chairs, kitchenette with Microwave and Fridge, kettle, coffee, tea and milk. Good size bathroom with toilet and Shower. Iron and board, hairdryer. Aircon. Parking in Wilson's Parking near by. Easy Check in and out.
