We have just returned from a couple of nights at Peppers Moonah Links, and enjoyed our stay. Our room, a 1 bedroom apartment, was clean, comfortable and quiet. One minor negative was the sound system that came with the room. It was a very old style CD / DVD player that was basically useless, as it wasn't possible to plug it in, as all the nearby power points were in use. A small Bluetooth speaker would have been appreciated. Also, accessing the shower was a bit dangerous, particularly if you have mobility issues. It was above the bath, so you needed to step over into the slippery bathtub, with no grabrail. Breakfast was excellent (part of our package). We ate in the Spikes bar one night, and also had evening drinks there. The staff were friendly and responsive. We would stay here again.

Restaurant service at the golf course is a joke. Those that wait on you are rude. Poor Service. I would heavily shop around as there are many many empty hotel rooms at this estate. Hotels rooms are nice. Very old. Food is very average at the golf course restaurant.

Stayed over Christmas and while the room is spacious it desperately needed some work and was not good enough for the price we paid. Having worked in hotels for many years this room should have not been sold in the state it was, per photo. For this price I wouldn't expect towels and coffee/tea replacements to be left outside the room in a plastic bag each day which is a small issue I know. Credit to staff on the front desk who were very helpful. Until basic repairs are done wouldn't return.
