Absolutely disturbing to find cigarette buts under cushion. Mould in bathroom exposed wires on the bed head. Removed smoke detectors. Soiled toilet seat. We did not stay paid and left we were feeling seek and felt so dirty

Absolutely disgusting and filthy and reeked. Carpet was unimaginably filthy - photos do not show how filthy they were! Bathroom door was just about to fall to pieces. Bed was bit of foam on a base with plastic sheets. Did not have a smoke detector, holes in ceiling and graffiti on walls. I have never experienced such a filthy dilapidated room before. Requested money back immediately and was refused.
