Punt Hill Little Bourke

Good location, decent sized room, decor is a little tired.

Let's start with the positives: The room size is great and the location is fantastic. The negatives: The room was filthy with chocolate on the couch, like someone had grated chocolate on the couch. This hadn't been attempted to be cleaned as I managed to clean it relatively quickly with a cloth. The room stunk, like sweaty teenagers or like a dirty uber car, the bed sheets smelled of cigarette smoke and the lighting in the room is shithouse. Forget trying to use the kitchen at night, not that we did but there is no light over the sink or stove so you can't see anything. Actually I forgot another positive was the staff, they were actually fantastic, super friendly and helpful.

Location is good, cleanliness is average, the staff are not helpful I had an issue in my room with a faulty fridge which cost me hundreds of dollars in food wastage. As the fridge would intermittently turn back on again, the hotel refused to address it and left the same fridge in my room, my food spoilt and wastage cost me hundreds of dollars, they did not compensate me and they still did not fix or replace the fridge
