Quest Windsor Apartments

This place is an overpriced dump. Th carpets were filthy, bad lighting & th bathroom shower has no hot water. $260 a night and not even an apology at reception. There was a huge hole punched into the bedroom wall. Appalling!!!!

This place is disgusting, does not look at all like their photos online. Could hardly breathe in the rooms due to the mould. Felt like we would get a disease staying there. Staff was very accommodating when I requested a refund to stay somewhere we could breathe.

We had 5 apartments booked. Upon arrival at the hotel we were welcomed by a very stoned chap sitting on the front steps smoking a meth pipe. It was down hill from there. The hotel guests consisted of desperates standing around in the central open courtyard, all of whom would not make eye contact other than checking out our luggage. We did not feel safe at any time. The rooms were dirty, tired, very poor lighting with furniture that would have been rejected by an op shop. We wrote off approximately $1000 and went elsewhere at considerably more expense.
