While refurbishments are planned, the quality of the hotel is already good. We stayed 3 nights and had several interactions with staff. The young ladies on reception were exceptionally helpful, nothing was a problem and they made us feel very welcome. The bar staff were great too. Good staff make such a difference!

This is a well located hotel. The staff were warm and accommodating and the room was pleasant well decorated and comfortable. I was particularly impressed that I could watch English Sky News on the TV in the room. We broke our stay and returned to find instead of a double bed we had two singles. We did not make much of this but were very impressed when we returned after a day sight seeing to find they had changed the bed to a kingsize double.

Stayed in a recently renovated room great staff, both in reception and in the resturant. Have to admit that have been staying here for a few years and the transition from a raddison hotel has been seemless. Peter and sky in the rezturant always are welcoming and a credit to the hotel
