The Buckingham Serviced Apartment

After booking we checked online reviews. Hmmm. We rang the property and questioned the reviews to be told they had been trolled by other local businesses and the rooms would be fine, should have listened to the reviews and booked some where else. Very average. The room had a really funky smell, we went and purchased some air freshener, that didn't last long. If we had another option at short notice we would have moved. The carpet needs replacing (best to wear shoes inside, not bare feet), curtains need attention, couch is very worn, which leaves you feeling like everything needs a very good clean. I haven't even slept here yet, what will the bed be like?

Would never stay there again absolutely filthy. Dishes still in dishwasher, stains on the floors , even on the pillows, tape holding the shower hose up. No smoke detectors in any rooms dog poo in parking lot had to step over. Worst bit was when you open the door the smell absolutely stunk. No toaster could even use the oven dirty trays and it smelled, tea towel filthy. Will never stay there again.

Absolute HOLE of a place. Do.Stay.Here. Dirty, nothing works, terrible customer serve, dog faeces all over the drive. Filthy.
