Verandah Apartments Perth

Stayed in this service apartment in 2015 with my wife for about 2 months. I had booked the 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen facility and 2 bath. Easily one of my best stays so far. The apartment is generally neat and clean. ~10-15 min of walk to the city center and close to the CBD. Many restaurants and grocery store(s) near by. Wifi was little weak but was promptly addressed. Typically the folks were very helpful even though the service could have been a bit better (although it would be premature to look for a 5 star service from a service apartment). The best part of the team was their flexibility with regards to the payment terms and willingness to bill every 10 days and agreeing to bill me on the first day of stay (rather than making the full upfront payment for the entire stay at the time of booking).

Booked these apartments in Jan. Arrived in Oz with an email to say we were staying at a different address. Apartments were clean and well equipped but were in the middle of China Town with a derelict building opposite with homeless people sleeping on the verandah. Apartment was good but not the location.

Well appointed, roomy 2 bedroom (2 bathroom) apartment with full kitchen. Spotlessly clean but some maintenance issues. Good value. Close to Blue Cat stop. Northbridge itself is not a terribly salubrious area but we had no real issues. Would definitely stay again.
