Great location nearby Murray and Hay Street Mall, near Perth Station and the underground. Near to Halal eateries.

The city centre location of this is its best feature. The Reception staff were friendly. However, the apartment wasn’t spotless, with dust in the a/c, and the bathroom was worn. The hot water pressure was so low that running a bath was impossible. The 2nd bedroom was tight as a double and had no window. There was a stale smell in the corridor (9th floor) and apartment. Overall, the apartments in Mounts Bay Rd are much much nicer!

BEWARE of this company. They lie to you about parking available to secure booking then refuse refund when you arrive and they say nothing available. Was happening to other guests also while we were there. Can’t find any parking within blocks of the hotel. Absolute disgrace, I lost $1700 having to find another hotel with parking, they are dishonest thieving people at this location beware of them.
