Crowne Plaza Hotel Perth

Comfortable stay, pleasant staff, wonderful view of the swan river and a park right in front of the hotel. If you don't mind being 15min walk away from the city, this is a wonderful quiet hotel.

The hotel wasn’t too bad but definitely showing it’s age. The mattress and pillows really need replacing as they were quite uncomfortable to sleep on, pillows were very flat and not supportive at all. Definitely needs an upgrade. The balcony was great over looking the swan river while enjoying nibbles and a cuppa tea or a couple glasses of wine while the sun was setting. The bathroom was good although the shower leaked alot of water every time we used it but had the shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles inside the shower with body lotion and a hairdryer. We had room 802. The hotel is in a great location, only a 20 minute walk to Optus Oval if you are there for the football. Also had a IGA food market 5 minutes down the road plus an awesome Italian restaurant called Criniti’s. Really nice food. Was also quite nice walking along the footpath along the Swan River, that was relaxing.

The location is great and staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel is showing its age. Staff did rectify some repairs quickly that we informed them about. The bathroom had a shower over bath which can be considered dangerous. There was a rubber mat but no handrail in case of an event. Some noise in our room which affected sleep a little, but overall stay was ok.
