This hotel is located right adjacent to the CBD. It is a 10 minute walk into the city. We had a ground floor heritage room which was really quite large with a really nice external balcony. The staff were very professional and resolved our internet issues promptly. We were due in really late and the staff contacted us multiple times to ensure that we were clear about access. It worked perfectly. There is another stairs which on-site restaurant/breakfast place which turns into a bar/restaurant in the evening. Place was really clean and well maintained and the bed was really comfortable. On-site parking was an added bonus. For the price quality option close to city

I stayed here three nights. Bed was comfy, everything clean. decor slightly older but cozy. Check-in with code and key in mailbox worked great.Room had a small balcony facing the street. It can be louder due to the nearby freeway and the always busy breakfast restaurant downstairs (opens at 7:00). Bathroom was new in my room (No.205). I found the breakfast in the restaurant (costs extra) not so filling. Location great, everything in Perth including Kings Park within walking distance.

Location, easy access to the CBD of the city, short stroll to Elisabeth Quay, short stroll to Kings Park, nice small hotel ( to be fair it is halfway between a quest house & a full hotel) but the rooms are very spacious ( like huge). Our room was a mini apartment complete with fully equipped kitchenette. Staff are really friendly & helpful. Reception is open a limited time daily but alternative key collection works perfectly. Main door access works easy. The communication on this is on point and easy to digest. The independent restaurant attached does a great breakfast & lunch. ( I did not try dinner there unfortunately). All in all a great little hotel with really large rooms and great staff.
