Thermal facility like others in Austria. Play area very crowded, particularly with families and children/teenagers. Ground floor with very pleasant indoor/outdoor slides and pools. On the first floor there is a 25-meter pool for swimming. Sauna area (over 16) quieter even if very busy, at least around New Year's. Outdoor and indoor saunas with several aufguss sessions. Outdoor hydromassage too small. Spacious and quiet hammam. Nudity rightly mandatory.

I stayed at the KärntenTherme Warmbad-Villach with my family and I must say it was an amazing stay! The place is perfect not only for families, but also for couples or for those who want to relax alone. The outdoor pool is a real gem, especially at sunset when you can enjoy the hot water while the sun sets. The indoor pool and slides are also great, for both kids and teens. The children's pool is the right size and very nice. The system of lockers and wristbands is super comfortable and practical, allowing you to move freely without having to think about anything. The family-friendly area with deckchairs is comfortable and welcoming, and relaxation area 25 is perfect for resting for a moment. The restaurant is great, with fresh and good food at reasonable prices. But what made our stay really special was the kindness and helpfulness of the manager. I lost a very precious gold necklace and he immediately took action to help me find it. His professionalism and courtesy really improved my day!! In the end, the necklace was found ❤️ .They are really good! In summary, the KärntenTherme Warmbad-Villach is an amazing place that I recommend to everyone. I will definitely return with family and friends.

Great and organized hotel. Strong point is the internal connection to the two spa facilities (of which I speak in other posts). Large, complete and well maintained rooms. Bathroom spacious and very comfortable. Cleanliness very good. Good restaurant although not excellent, with little attention to food allergies and celiac disease. Better lunch than dinner. A few moments of confusion on New Year's Day, while the dinner on 31 was excessively long and without the classic midnight toast. Italian staff on duty and in any case overall always friendly and helpful. Great choice for those looking for a functional hotel with spa facilities included in the price.
