A Fantastic Experience in Vienna! (Stay: September 09. 2026)
We had a wonderfully pleasant stay at Hotel Erzherzog Rainer from September 9th to 14th.
First and foremost, we would like to highlight the extraordinary service and friendliness of the entire staff. Right across the board—from the warm welcome at reception to the attentive team in the restaurant and the hardworking housekeeping staff—we were greeted with genuine smiles and great helpfulness. You truly feel welcome and well cared for here.
The hotel's location is excellent and very central, making it extremely easy to get around the city whether on foot or by public transport.
Our room was spotlessly clean, and the high comfort of the beds ensured a restful night's sleep after exploring the city each day.
We highly recommend Hotel Erzherzog Rainer to anyone visiting Vienna, and we would love to stay here again!
