Stayed there for 4 nights.
The reception was on the 4th floor outside the elevator that worked.
The staff was generally very arrogant, felt us generally constantly monitored.
They stood behind a desk watching us while we ate breakfast.
They didn't come with new towels after requesting several times.
The rooms were dirty, the electrical facility dangerous, and when we asked if there were smoke alarms in the hotel, we were only answered that “Wien was safe outdoors”, what they now meant by it.
The curtains let through a lot of light.
Generally a lazy experience with the hotel. The only advantage is st when you get outside the door it's a short way to the center.
