Stayed as a couple for 4 nights. Location About 6 to 7 min walk from the metro. The tram station is another 7-minute walk Bus 35 outside and across the hotel Room Perfect layout There is adequate space for luggage. There are shelves and a table, chair. Separate shower and toilet. Charging points on the head side. Two pillows per side Aircon works effectively. Towels replaced. No kettle, iron, or mini bar fridge. There is a safe. Breakfast There is sufficient to meet our needs. Museli, yoghurt, breads, cheeses, coffee machine, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, meat slices, cream cheese, hummus, pancake machine. On Tuesday morning there were hot rolls. Hotel tips If u register on the Acor group loyalty, you receive complimentary drinks on arrival. Staff assist with ice cubes for a drinking bottle. There is a bag storage, just a room that is locked. Other tips I purchased the metro, tram and bus pass for 7 days although I stayed 4 nights as it was cheaper. There were no turnstyles or ticket officers to check at the metro or trams for tickets, unlike other places like Prague and Budapest From all the major attractions, the Belvedere Palace had a queue to wait yo get in. Apart from the painting The Kiss, there was nothing of major interest. If I had to redo the Vienna trip, I would do this attraction if I had additional time and not a priority. The Beethoven museum is free on the first Sunday of the month Before waiting in the queue at the main Demel Cafe, ask if u can can get a table for one item. If one item is being purchased, u sit at the bar. There is more than one Demel cafe.

We can recommend your hotel to all families which want to spend grateful time at Vienna. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. We could booked a parking before our arrival. It was very important for us because we have big car and it is problematic to find a space for it. Especially after long trip, when children are tired and fussy, for us it’s a priority to get asap to the hotel room. In addiction the hotel personel is supportive - we asked for two rooms situated side by side and we get them without any problems. We received many trip advices and information about attractions in Vienna. The breakfast was very good and tasty and playground next to breakfast area it was very good idea. Next time if we will be at Vienna we choose Ibis styles Wien

We had a very pleasant stay at the ibis Styles Wien City. The hotel is modern, the design is fresh and humorous, the building is clean and well-maintained. Our room was comfortable, the bathroom relatively large with a walk-in shower! We would especially like to highlight the always friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent, rich, appetizing, and was replenished until the very end. There were poppy seed rolls, which we especially like! We were delighted by the many organic products and the alternatives to milk. The location is ideal – thanks to the good connection to public transport, you can quickly get to the Vienna city center or to Döbling, to the wine taverns, or into the Vienna Woods. We used both options and can only recommend it! The good price-performance ratio convinced us. There were also many families there, which didn't bother us at all because everything went so naturally and friendly. The smaller children played quietly in the play area during breakfast. We would stay here again at any time and can therefore recommend the ibis Styles Wien City without reservation.
