Comprised bedroom, living room/kitchen and bathroom. Very large and comfortable rooms, including the bathroom and very quiet despite being on first floor by busy road. Well located for the U-Bahn (2/3 minute walk) or 25 minute walk into town. As an apart/hotel there is no bar or restaurant so means eating out or buying in, but this was no problem. Well equipped gym plus a sauna (didn't use). The balcony shown in the pictures is not as scenic as the picture shows. Service is limited to changing towels and tidying every three days unless you pay extra. Overall a good place to stay, especially if you are there for any length of time (we were just three nights and this was fine as well).

We recently stayed in the junior suite for four nights with our toddler whilst visiting Vienna for a friend's wedding. The apartment was perfect, it was large and airy and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was well located directly opposite the U4 tube station which takes you straight into town. Also, an easy walk to town either alongside the river or through the streets, approx 15mins. Gym and sauna located in the basement looked good, well equipped and relaxation rooms but we did not make use of this. Though we did use the washing machines and dryers with free detergent which was handy. Staff were friendly and hotel was quiet hardly saw anyone else during our stay. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels.

With my wife we stayed for a week. We had a 5th floor apartment. The facilities are good (laundry and gym) and the concierges are very approachable and attentive. The space in the apartment was super with good wi-fi and regular cleaning. The kitchen space was small and ‘old’ - see images. It needs replacing and redesigning. This problem was reflected on the window sills as well. There was complimentary coffee but a limited number of coffee pods. We asked for more and it was provided but we were told these were a finite supply! Why install such an expensive coffee maker? Very close to the Underground/Metro or bike hire location (cheap and a good way to get around). A few streets away were some supermarkets, restaurants and bars - the apartment was handily placed
