MyPlace Premium Apartments - City Centre

We stayed two nights in Vienna and the experience was just EXCEPTIONAL! The hotel is located in the center, in a convenient location that has allowed us to easily reach all the main attractions of the city. Since our arrival we were greeted with great courtesy by the reception: the staff was always kind, smiling and available for any request, in fact, I asked if it was possible to adapt an outlet for my pc and I was immediately loaned. Really impeccable service that made us feel immediately welcome. The rooms were spotlessly clean, attention to detail and very comfortable. The cleanliness was really impeccable throughout the stay. We really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff in meeting our every request: always ready to help us with professionalism and kindness. In summary it was all super: central location, spotless rooms and really exceptional staff. A stay that we will remember with pleasure and that we absolutely recommend! We will return there soon and recommend it to all our friends. Thank you.

The hotel is in a strategic position, within walking distance of most of the sights and the metro. Nearby supermarkets and restaurants for all tastes (but pay attention to opening hours, everything closes early compared to Italian habits). The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful to please customers and give good suggestions. The reception is manned directly from 9am to 5pm. We were able to leave our luggage in storage on the last day after leaving the room, and were still given access to the beautiful lounge in the afternoon while waiting for the evening departure time. The apartment we had booked for 3 people is the 55 sqm Junior Suite, consisting of a double bedroom, a living room where the third bed was added, open kitchen (complete with dishwasher and microwave) and a nice bathroom (with separate toilet and of course without bidet). The kitchen is well equipped, although the only supply available is coffee and sugar.... but so it is: the supermarket is under the hotel so it is easy to stock up on the necessary (even ready meals) and we even managed to prepare a good New Year’s Eve dinner before going out for the celebrations in the center (of course it was very cold). The apartment is cleaned mid-stay compared to the 4 nights we spent. The hotel is nice, clean and equipped with a small gym well equipped and always open, as well as the lounge with desktop pc, coffee and tea machine, adorned with a large aquarium and a library with numerous volumes available. The wi-fi connection works well (tested with phones and laptops). Excellent solution for a stay of several days in which it is nice to enjoy the comforts of an apartment and the basic services of a hotel.

This is an apartment hotel in the heart of Vienna. Walking distance to most things. It has everything you need in an apartment. There are washers downstairs, full kitchen, large rooms, and nice workers. There is a half floor stairs from entrance to the elevator. Great view from the roof as well. Recommend highly
