Pension Neuer Markt

Good experience at this property located above the Neuer Markt square, a stone's throw from the Cathedral and one of the main shopping streets. Kind and welcoming Victoria at the Reception. Room was standard, hot because it was under the sun all afternoon and there was no air conditioning, so it was hot at night. There was only a fan. Breakfast was good, however they should enrich it with something sweet extra.

The hotel is perfectly located just 300 meters from Stephansplatz. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, and the breakfast is both delicious and plentiful. However, while the rooms are kept clean, they are extremely basic and feel outdated—resembling a budget hostel rather than a hotel room.
