Towns Apartments

Great location if you want to stay away from the centre, near transport and shops. Basic accommodation with for us, uncomfortable beds. Kitchen full of ants. Noisy fans in lieu of air conditioning. Place was like an oven ( heatwave had finished ). Wifi is a hotspot and really slow. They charged us 80 euros instead of expected 40 for cleaning etc. We booked through Expedia and have asked about this but still don't understand why

No Internet connectivity... In today's world... Wow! No Air Conditioning... Another Wow! Guy who comes to check you in says: "... I don't know anything... I am new...The boss is on vacation... he hasn't carried his phone with him so can't contact him..." It doesn't end here... be prepared to pay 40E extra... over what you see on the internet... They say it is in the terms (in fine print)... Basically they are cheating their guests through fine print... Try and find a worse place... Given the amount of travel I have done (~350 cities across all six continents), I guarantee that nobody can find any place worse than this...

I've stayed here a number of times for long trips, and I can thoroughly recommend it. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the rooms are lovely, and situated on a very quiet street. There is a regular bus that brings you to Landstrasse station in less than five minutes, but you can also walk there in ten minutes (although this may take a bit longer as it is a street full of nice cafes and shops that you might be tempted to pop into..). The apartments are very clean and comfortable and have all the amenities you could possibly need. Overall, a brilliant place to stay.
