Pos: Super simple and uncomplicated accommodation for young couples or with friends. Suitable for 2 people. Bus stop in front of the house, washing machine for washing (especially if you come here with babies), public transport, dishwasher and stove, also has a clothes rack. Kettle is available. I was surprised by the general references regarding cleanliness. It is clean so that you can move around, of course this can be improved (smells). Fan available, in the bathroom there is a slightly older small heat lamp. Neg: For drivers, there is no parking space and parking is generally rather difficult here. Parking garages are between 10-20 minutes away and still cost enough money, which you can use for public transport. Mattress was very hard, not suitable for people with sensitive backs. In my opinion, not wheelchair accessible. The lift is very small and not enough space for wheelchairs or strollers. I don't think there is enough child safety in terms of free sockets everywhere and a window sill inside the window. No child seat. The bathroom and the entrance in particular had a strong smell, I suspect it was coming from the drains. The whole building in general is very thin. I heard every step, even when the window was open you could hear the bus doors opening and closing. Please note: No detergent available! No shampoo or shower gel, but you can bring your own. Conclusion: We have accommodation that is not 10/10 but we were able to save money and use it for other things here in Vienna. PS: Vienna is a very beautiful city.

The big problem is that there is no wifi - or almost none. Only one device can use a vett weak wifi connection at the same time. Since this apartment can be used for up to 5-6 people this is crazy. According to the information there is free wifi - which is not the truth. It is like travelling back to 1999. We were not able to use our mobiles or IPads during our visit. The apartment is also situated far from the city center in a bit ”shady” areas where you should be very careful during nighttime. Otherwise it is fairly OK.

Was hard to get hold of the manager to get the keys for the room and the lobby oof the apartments looked like something extremly scary and out of a horror movie however once we went into our apartment we were extremely surprised it was very nice and modern and clean.
