Hotel Alpenblick

I am responding to the two owners of the Alpenblick. It is obvious that I cannot hold the two ladies responsible for the fact of the wrong hotel. Blaming my wife and me for my own mistake would be idiotic and worthy of mockery by those who read it. The initial astonishment and discomfort we felt when we realized the mistake could have been easily overcome if we had had a good time. We left Bologna having no problems other than my eye, but that has nothing to do with the stay. The biggest problem was caused by gastrointestinal issues due to the type of cuisine, which affected us during the three days of our stay, and in particular my wife, who did nothing but suffer from a stomach ache and severe diarrhea, and I will stop there. On top of that, as already written, there is the bathroom without a bidet, which can now be found even abroad, the outdated furniture, and the kiddie pool. The straw that broke the camel's back was what we felt was a mockery of prosciutto and melon, with a tiny square of melon and one of watermelon and three very thin slices of speck. Anyway, if the other guests are happy, good for them; we ruined our vacation due to a choice, I repeat, made by us and which I do not blame on the owners, but for the rest, I will draw a veil of pity.

This is a wonderful hotel. My mum and aunt stayed here for a week. Clean, comfortable, and great food. One guest was a coeliac and was very well accommodated. Nothing was too much trouble when they asked for advice at reception. A family run hotel, with a wonderful atmosphere.

We had a fantastic ski holiday staying at Hotel Alpenblick. All if the staff are so friendly, efficient and professional. There are amazing views from the restaurant and the food is delicious. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Our room was very comfortable and again had spectacular views from the balcony. We loved the games room, spa and pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day skiing. We enjoyed cocktails at the bar and after dinner drinks in the Salon. There is so much space to relax and unwind in this hotel. We absolutely loved our stay here and are already making plans to return. Thank you to the family who run the hotel, Peter, Claudia and mum. We made some special memories at your beautiful hotel.
