Residenz Lothringen

We lived in the top 3. The apartment was clean with worn. The ski space was overcrowded and there were no boots heaters. Despite the fact that the apartment was advertised for 11 people with free parking there was only one parking space available for the apartment. There is a long way to the lift in ski boots as there is very steep. The apartment is located on the first floor and two of the rooms facing the road where there is heavy traffic during the night and there is a lot of noise.

4 friends sharing an apartment, spacious and we'll equipped but not the best standard. Good access to restaurants, skibus and city centre. Including free WiFi, not the best but it works. Free ski storage.

Slopetrotter Ski Tour Company in Denmark advertised our accommodation as 3 rooms with sleeping space for 5 persons. On arrival on 26/12/2015 we were very very disappointed. The 2 bedrooms rooms were exceptionally smal. One room had a double bed and cupboard, with ZERO room for anything else, and the second bedroom had a top/down bunk bed and a couple bed squeezed into a corner of the room, again leaving ZERO room for suitcases and other travel gear. As we were travelling from Australian and around Europe for 4 weeks we had 4 heavy suitcases and cabin luggage to deal with. Location is good in terms of aprez ski and nightlife, but awful in terms of having to lug heavy suitcases and cabin luggage from Mozart Square wither Slopetrotter Touring Bus dropped us off. We had to walk with all our heavy gear for about 500 meters along a rough surfaced road. Overall not a good experience, but it is all about managing the expectation gap created between the tour company and its customers.
