AlpenParks Residence Bad Hofgastein

I personally did like the building but there are a few things to complain about like the environment. Like I’m not really satisfied about how for three buildings only use two laundry’s and only ONE DRYER. And the old woman who works there is not nice at all and does not really respect her customers that well and she never hears them out when they have something to complain about or just talk about and is most of the time very rude.

The apartments are first class. Clean, beautiful and the reception and staff are friendly. What we cannot recommend, however, is the breakfast. The jams, Nutella and breakfast cereals are not sealed and the sliced cucumbers from the day before are served again. They just slice something fresh on top. So you can have a better breakfast in the nearby bakery for the same price. The selection of sausage etc. is not very impressive and the bread roll from the day before is simply reheated instead of fresh.

We had a wonderful stay at Alpen parks. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much! We look forward to vacationing in bad hofgastein again. The skiing and sledding is wonderful!
