Liked · The breakfast buffet was sufficient! The coffee machines provide good-tasting coffee in a sufficient selection. The wellness area is very nice and the opening hours are very convenient from morning until evening! What we had never experienced before and really shocked us: there are tons of complimentary bath towels available in the entire wellness area (pool + sauna area) - you really don't need to bring your own, as they are permanently available in very large numbers and can simply be thrown into the designated "laundry bin" after use, and you can take new ones at any time if needed. Ecologically speaking, an absolute no-go for us, the amount of laundry that accumulates, but the guests really made heavy use of this service!?!? We would like to give absolute praise to "Mark" at the reception! Many thanks for his efforts and support! He is always friendly and helpful and always tries to find a solution. Every hotel could only wish to have an employee at the front desk like Mark! Absolutely top!!!!! In addition, we would like to praise the young lady (possibly an apprentice) and the younger, tall man in service (friendly smile!) for their diligence and friendliness. Great praise also goes to the gardener, who creates a fantastic ambiance throughout the entire complex with all the beautiful flowers, arrangements, etc. Did not like · Check-in was confirmed for 3:00 PM, but according to the reception, housekeeping was behind schedule, which is why we (and many other new guests!) sat on the terrace and ordered, among other things, a 0.75L bottle of water for 6.90 euros (we are used to something different from other hotels: if the room is not ready at the booked time, you get a drink on the house!). Our 1st room was truly a nightmare: you could not open the window because it faced directly onto the neighbor's balcony, so every word from those guests and the entire cigarette smoke got trapped in our room. At nightfall and with the lights on, we even had to additionally close the heavy, airtight inner curtain, and that in midsummer at up to 95 degrees!!!! The next day, at our insistence, we received another room with a balcony for an additional charge, but we gladly accepted it just to be able to open the window/balcony door. Once we had finished moving rooms and happily opened the balcony door, we almost fell over from the stench and the noise (approx. 60 dB) of the two kitchen exhaust chimneys that were installed directly on the roof in front of our room balcony! 4 days/nights without being able to open a window or balcony door, not to mention using our balcony (due to the stench/noise)! RELAXATION is something else! The older man in the restaurant (possibly the restaurant manager?!) struck us and many other hotel guests as "not exactly friendly" - a friendly smile: in short supply! "Parking in front of the door" was usually not possible, as everything was parked up on 3 levels. However, parking in the immediate vicinity is very difficult due to the residential area! Unfortunately, the cleanliness in the room also deserves absolutely no praise! We had booked a room, including a minibar. In the 1st. room was an empty closet - in the 2nd. room there was then an empty refrigerator. Price/performance is absolutely not right here!!!!

This is a beautiful hotel nested between mountains with a breathtaking views. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel amenities are very nice as are the rooms. Breakfast was very nice we were served breakfast to the table and it had a great variety of food and very tasty. Location is perfect especially if you come with a car.

A nasty surprise without notice! Dinner was switched to buffet mode, with completely inappropriate spaces for it. Nothing remains of the once pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. The quality of the food was immediately reduced. School classes from abroad are also suddenly present, which means that the rather calm and pleasant atmosphere in the house is over. We have been coming several times a year for years because we have appreciated this house so far and felt very comfortable here. This is how you successfully drive away regulars, but maybe the new management wants to get rid of them. It certainly looks like it.
